DMIT：香港HKG EBv2 VPS产品线8月10日停止服务，存量用户退款并额外提供20%优惠码

DMIT日前发布公告，宣布其香港HKG EBv2系列VPS产品将于 2026年8月10日正式停产并停止服务。届时，将根据剩余服务时长自动退款至用户账户或原支付网关；若服务时长超过 6 个月，则仅支持退回账户余额。为补偿用户，DMIT 还将额外提供 20% 以上折扣码，可用于购买其其他服务。

DMI目前香港机房仍在售的 VPS套餐主要包括 Tier 1（HKG.AS3.T1）与Premium（hkg.as3.pro系列及HKG.AN5.Pro 系列）。其中，T1 机型采用国际线路，对内地访问无做特殊优化；Premium 套餐则具备优质三网回程：香港 CTG 对接国内 CN2 GIA，去程电信走 CN2 GIA 直连香港 CTG，联通走香港 4837+AS10099 直连，移动则直连香港 CMI，整体网络表现更为稳定流畅。

因长期规划及技术架构升级，HKG EBv2 系列产品将于 2026 年 8 月 10 日正式下线。在此之前，服务照常运行，请做好数据迁移准备。🛠

后续步骤：

1、退款申请

• 即日起接受退款，请在控制面板“计费”选项卡自助完成，手续费由 DMIT 承担。
• 退款基于剩余价值计算，可退至 DMIT 账户或支付网关。
• 注意**：若账单付款超过 6 个月，仅支持退至 DMIT 账户。

2、**服务暂停与数据取回

• 2026 年 8 月 10 日**：服务暂停。
• 2026 年 8 月 17 日前：必须请求解除暂停并取回数据，逾期将丢失。⚠️

3、**服务终止与最终退款

• 2026 年 8 月 17 日**：服务正式终止，按剩余价值退款至 DMIT 账户。
• 若需退至支付网关，请提交工单手动处理。
• 退款基准日为 2026 年 8 月 10 日，暂停期间不计入服务价值。

4、**其他产品折扣

• 对 DMIT 其他产品感兴趣的用户，可在 2026 年 12 月 31 日前 通过工单申请折扣。
• 条件：持有到期时间晚于 2026 年 7 月 30 日的 HKG EBv2 服务，可获一次新购折扣（不含特价/续费）。
• 折扣力度：
• Pro 系列：20% 循环折扣
• EB 系列：25% 循环折扣
• T1 系列：30% 循环折扣（不含 WEE）
• 注：不可与其他优惠叠加。

Dear User,

Due to long-term product line planning and technical architecture upgrades, the HKG EBv2 series products will be officially retired and service will cease on August 10, 2026.
You may continue to use the service normally until August 10; we will maintain technical support and hardware stability throughout this period. Please make timely preparations for data migration and business adjustments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Next steps:

1、We are accepting refund requests for HKG EBv2 series products starting today. You can process the refund yourself via the “Billing” tab in the product control panel; DMIT will cover all processing fees.

– Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining value of the service. You may choose to have the refund issued to your DMIT account or the original payment gateway.
– Subject to payment gateway limitations: if the payment was made more than 6 months ago, the refund can only be issued to your DMIT account.

2、Your service will be suspended on August 10, 2026. You may still request to lift the suspension and retrieve your data within 7 days (by August 17, 2026).

– !!! Please retrieve your data before August 17, 2026, to avoid data loss. !!!

3、On August 17, 2026, we will officially terminate your service and calculate a refund based on the remaining service value; by default, the refund will be issued to your DMIT account.

– If you wish to have the refund issued to the original payment gateway, we can process this manually upon submission of a support ticket.
– Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining service value as of August 10, 2026; the period of service suspension will not be included in the calculation.

4、If you are interested in our other products, we are offering the following discounts, which you can claim by submitting a support ticket before December 31, 2026. – You may request a recurring discount of up to 30% on standard products across all regions (excluding promotional items). This offer applies regardless of the billing cycle. One discount request is permitted for each HKG EBv2 service held (with an expiration date beyond July 30, 2026). Discount rates vary by product series:

– Pro Series: 20% recurring discount
– EB Series: 25% recurring discount
– T1 Series: 30% recurring discount (excluding WEE)

• The above discounts apply only to new service purchases, not to renewals; there are no restrictions on billing cycles.
• These discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
